Who runs it
The site is run by Brite Technologies LLC, the company that also makes the Cancel Subscriptions iPhone app. When a page links to that app, it is linking to our own product.
Independent from the services we cover
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any of the companies in our guides. We cannot cancel a subscription for you, and we will never ask for your password, card details or account login. Cancellation always happens in your own account with the company that bills you.
How guides are made
- Steps are based on each provider's official help pages and billing terms. Newer guides list those sources and the date they were last checked.
- We describe each billing route separately (the provider's website, Apple App Store, Google Play, carriers and other partners), because you must cancel where you are billed.
- Fees, refund rules and menus change, and they can differ by country and plan. Treat a guide as a starting point and confirm the details in your own account.
