Why this happens
Tinder states that account deletion and app removal do not automatically cancel subscription billing. If access to the profile is already gone, the receipt can still identify Apple, Google Play or direct Tinder billing. Start there instead of creating a new paid subscription to regain a management screen.
What to do
- Find the most recent receipt and use its seller or order prefix to identify the original billing route.
- Open the purchasing store account for store billing, or Tinder's official support and payment-management route for a direct purchase you cannot access.
- Request or complete cancellation and retain the effective end date and written confirmation.
Check the result
A profile-deletion confirmation does not prove that payment stopped. For an additional charge, provide the seller the relevant receipt and any actual cancellation evidence for review.
