Tinder direct purchase: why it is not in Apple or Google subscriptions

Why this happens

When the receipt identifies a direct purchase, searching only the app-store subscription list can lead to a false conclusion that no subscription exists. Tinder's guidance identifies direct orders with TNDR and provides payment-account controls for that route. Confirm the receipt before applying those controls.

What to do

1. Check the receipt's seller and order reference to establish that the purchase was direct from Tinder.
2. Sign in to the corresponding Tinder account, open the profile's Manage Payment Account section and select the recurring subscription.
3. Complete Cancel Subscription and retain the final expiry and confirmation.

Check the result

If you cannot access the account, use Tinder's official help with the receipt reference. An empty Apple or Google subscription list is expected for a direct purchase and is not evidence of cancellation.
