How to Cancel Coda / Superhuman Docs Subscription
Cancel a standalone Coda plan by moving the workspace to Free. A Superhuman bundle has separate billing controls.

Before you cancel
Use a workspace administrator account and tell collaborators about the change. Review paid Packs, document limits, and features that could become read-only.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Coda / Superhuman Docs
Purchased directly from Coda / Superhuman Docs
- Open coda.io/docs, select your name, and choose Admin settings.
- Under Billing, open Workspace plan and select Compare plans.
- Choose Downgrade under Free, review the effects, then select Downgrade anyway and finish confirmation.
- If redirected to Superhuman, manage the bundle in its admin hub instead.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- A downgrade to Free takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- The workspace and docs remain. Paid features may need removal during the documented grace period to keep affected docs editable.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Does Team to Pro stop all payments?
No. Choose Free to end the standalone workspace subscription.
Who is affected?
The change applies to all members and documents in that workspace, not just the admin.
