How to Cancel Flo Premium Subscription

Flo Premium may be billed by Flo directly, Apple, or Google. Find the receipt first: a web purchase remains a web subscription even when you use the mobile app.

Before you cancel

Flo recommends canceling at least 24 hours before a trial or billing period ends. Note that date before beginning.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Flo Premium

Purchased on the Flo website

  1. Sign in, open your profile and choose Subscriptions.
  2. Select the plan and complete cancellation.
  3. In the Flo app, a web plan can also be managed through Profile → See your Premium benefits → Manage Subscription.

Billed by Apple

  1. Open the Apple subscriptions list for the Apple Account on your receipt and select Flo.
  2. Choose the cancellation option, complete confirmation, and record the expiry date.

Use this route only when Apple billed the purchase. A website payment made on an iPhone is not necessarily an App Store subscription.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play subscriptions using the Google account on your receipt and select Flo.
  2. Complete cancellation and check the resulting subscription status.

If the plan is missing, compare the receipt with your other Google accounts before trying a different billing route.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Flo says cancellation does not delete your account data.
  • You can continue with the free version after Premium ends.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops renewal; it does not by itself return a previous payment. Ask the company that billed you to review the charge and provide its current refund terms.

Why is Flo missing from Apple subscriptions?

Check whether Flo or Stripe appears on the receipt. That purchase may be managed through Flo directly.

What should I provide if support cannot find my plan?

Use the purchase email address and receipt or transaction reference through Flo’s official support channel.
