Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Kajabi
Purchased directly from Kajabi
- Export needed content and review recurring customer payments.
- Open your name, then Account Settings and Subscription.
- Under Overview, choose Change plan or Upgrade plan, then Cancel subscription near the bottom.
- Complete the prompts and retain the scheduled-cancellation banner.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The site and account become unavailable when the paid or trial period ends. Customer payment subscriptions can continue separately; arrange their management before closing the site.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
