How to Cancel Later Subscription
Cancel a directly billed Later plan in website subscription settings, or use Apple for an Apple-billed purchase.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Later
Purchased directly from Later
- On the Later website, sign in to the purchasing account.
- Open Settings and Subscription.
- Select Cancel Plan and complete the remaining prompts.
- Save the effective date and resulting billing status.
Billed by Apple
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select Later, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
- Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.
A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.
Open provider pageMake sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid features remain through the billing cycle. Review scheduled work and export any reports you need before the plan ends.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Why is the web cancellation option missing?
Check the purchase receipt and account owner. An Apple-billed plan uses the Apple subscription route rather than direct website billing.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
