Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel medici.tv
Purchased directly from medici.tv
- Sign in to your medici.tv account.
- Open My Subscription and follow the unsubscribe link, or contact help@medici.tv.
- Complete cancellation no later than one day before renewal, as required by the published terms.
- Keep confirmation of the commitment’s end date and any installments still due.
Billed by Apple
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select medici.tv, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
- Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.
A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Cancellation takes effect when the current commitment finishes. Monthly renewal stops for the next month; an annual term ends at its annual renewal date.
Cancellation and refunds
The published terms do not provide an ordinary refund or credit for unused portions of a subscription. Ask support about your specific purchase if disputing a payment.
Common questions
Does canceling Annual Pay As You Go stop every remaining installment?
No. That option is a year-long commitment. Disabling renewal does not erase payments owed for that year.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
