How to Cancel Ride with GPS Subscription

Cancel a direct Ride with GPS plan from Manage Subscription, continuing past the pause offer to finish cancellation.

Before you cancel

Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Ride with GPS

Purchased directly from Ride with GPS

  1. Sign in on the Ride with GPS website and open your profile icon.
  2. Choose Manage Subscription, then Stop Subscription.
  3. Select Proceed with Cancellation rather than a temporary pause.
  4. Complete the feedback and confirmation prompts and save the resulting end date.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Ride with GPS, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Ride with GPS, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Paid features continue for the current period. App-store subscriptions must be canceled in the original store; the provider advises allowing at least 24 hours before renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

Ride with GPS describes sales as final. Stopping renewal does not automatically refund an earlier charge; contact support about a specific billing issue.

Common questions

Why can I not manage the subscription on this device?

Your subscription may belong to another billing platform. Match the receipt to direct website billing, Apple or Google, then use the corresponding manager.

What should I keep after canceling?

Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
