Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Study.com
Purchased directly from Study.com
- Use the membership-management link from the official help article.
- Sign in with the email associated with the paid membership.
- Select the cancellation link at the bottom and choose a reason.
- Click Cancel Subscription to finish, then retain the result.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Access continues through the remaining billing cycle. Course progress and viewing history are retained if you later subscribe again.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
