How to Cancel Sworkit Subscription
For a Sworkit web purchase, open Manage Subscriptions and cancel the plan. Check for the expiry message after the green confirmation checkmark.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Sworkit
Purchased directly from Sworkit
- Log in at app.sworkit.com, or open My Account in the mobile app.
- Enable pop-ups if the billing page does not open, then select Manage Subscriptions.
- Choose Cancel Plan and wait for the green checkmark.
- Return to My Account and save the message showing the subscription is set to expire.
Billed by Google Play
- Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select Sworkit, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
- Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.
If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.
Open provider pageMake sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Access continues through the remaining period. A Google Play purchase must instead be canceled through Google Play, even if you can use the web app.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
What confirms that my web subscription is canceled?
Sworkit describes a green checkmark followed by a red expiry message in My Account. If neither appears, contact support@sworkit.com rather than assuming closing the billing window completed it.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
