How to cancel TrustedHousesitters
Purchased directly from TrustedHousesitters
- On the website, open the profile or menu → Settings.
- Choose Edit beside Membership.
- Select Cancel subscription and confirm.
- Save the expiry date shown in Membership.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- At expiry the account is deactivated and the profile/listing is stored for a possible return.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
