How to Cancel Wahoo Subscription

Cancel Wahoo renewal through its billing portal, Apple, or Google Play according to your receipt.

Before you cancel

Check whether your plan actually renews. Some trials and subscription coupons expire without renewal.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Wahoo

Purchased directly from Wahoo

  1. Open the Wahoo Billing Portal linked in the official guide and sign in.
  2. In Your plan, choose Manage.
  3. Select the option to cancel the Wahoo subscription at period end.
  4. Finish confirmation and save its date.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Wahoo, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Wahoo, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Full paid access lasts through the current billing period.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Why is there no cancellation button for my trial?

A trial or coupon that is explicitly marked non-renewing simply expires; confirm that status in the portal.

Can Wahoo cancel an Apple charge directly?

Apple-billed subscriptions are managed through Apple; Google Play purchases use Google Play.
