How to Cancel WellSaid Studio Subscription
Use WellSaid’s account overview for self-service subscriptions; managed plans require your customer success contact.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel WellSaid Studio
Purchased directly from WellSaid Studio
- For a self-service plan, click your initials at the lower left.
- Open Account Settings and Overview.
- Choose Cancel Subscription and select a reason.
- Confirm Cancel Subscription and keep the end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Access continues through the billing period. Download required files before it ends. WellSaid recommends submitting cancellation at least two days before renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
WellSaid does not provide refunds for unused subscription time under this cancellation guidance. Contact billing support separately about an incorrect charge.
Common questions
Can a managed business account use this flow?
Check who manages the contract. Self-service subscriptions, including eligible Business plans, use account controls; managed agreements should go through the assigned customer success contact.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
