Why this happens
Bumble warns that deleting an account does not stop subscription payments. If the account can no longer be opened, store controls may still provide a direct cancellation route. For a directly billed plan, official support can help identify the purchase without creating another paid account.
What to do
- Locate the latest receipt and identify Apple, Google Play or Bumble direct billing.
- Cancel through the purchasing store account, or contact Bumble's official support for an inaccessible directly billed subscription.
- Save the written cancellation result and end date, keeping the earlier deletion confirmation as a separate record.
Check the result
If a refund is requested, state the specific charge and let the seller review it separately. Deletion alone is not proof that a previous renewal was canceled or refundable.
