Why this happens
A storage benefit visible in Google One does not always give Google One's web controls authority over the payment. Google documents different management routes for store and partner purchases. The receipt helps distinguish a missing button from an already-ended plan or simply the wrong Google account.
What to do
- Check the Google account, current plan and latest receipt for the seller and purchase channel.
- Use the original provider's subscription controls, such as Apple for an Apple-managed purchase, and select the matching Google One contract.
- Finish the cancellation there and compare its effective date with the Google One membership details.
Check the result
Keep the provider's confirmation. If a store cannot locate the purchase, check its purchasing account before changing unrelated Google storage products or buying another plan.
