Why this happens
Hulu's Account page can identify the billing relationship in Payment Information. This is useful when the usual cancellation option is absent or when Hulu comes in a bundle. An app installed on an iPhone does not prove Apple sold the subscription; the receipt and account details are better evidence.
What to do
- Open the Hulu account used for viewing and inspect Payment Information for the provider name.
- Match that name to your receipt, then open that provider's subscription or bundle-management account.
- Read the affected benefits, complete cancellation and save the provider's confirmation and end date.
Check the result
If the provider cannot find the contract, give it the receipt reference and account email through official support. Do not switch to account deletion as a substitute for locating the billing owner.
