Purchased directly from 24 Hour Fitness
- Check whether your membership is monthly-payment, limited-term or prepaid.
- Open the official Cancel Membership Options page.
- If you still want to cancel, choose No thanks rather than the offer to keep membership active.
- Follow the remaining account prompts and save the completed outcome; for prepaid or limited-term plans, contact a club team member.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Check the membership end date and final billing shown in the result. An offer screen alone is not a completed cancellation.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
