How to cancel 365 Data Science
Purchased directly from 365 Data Science
- Sign in and open your profile picture menu.
- Choose Billing Information, then Billing.
- Select Cancel Plan, confirm and save the subscription's end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Canceling renewal is different from recovering prepaid time. Quarterly and annual memberships do not provide a pause that extends their paid period.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Can I pause my annual plan while I am busy?
The provider says annual and quarterly members cannot take a break in that way. Ask about the applicable refund conditions if you recently purchased.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
