How to Cancel Aaptiv Subscription

Cancel direct Aaptiv billing through the member settings portal. App-store purchases must be canceled through the store on the receipt.

Before you cancel

Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Aaptiv

Purchased directly from Aaptiv

  1. Sign in at my.aaptiv.com/member/settings with the paying account.
  2. Select Payment method, then Manage Subscription.
  3. Choose Cancel Plan and complete confirmation.
  4. Save the resulting end date and verify that renewal is disabled.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Aaptiv, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Aaptiv, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Aaptiv’s Cancel Anytime policy asks for cancellation at least 48 hours before renewal. Use the receipt to identify whether the website or an app store handles billing.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

What if I subscribed through Apple or Google Play?

Use that store’s subscription manager rather than only changing your Aaptiv profile. Installing the app does not itself determine who bills you.

What should I keep after canceling?

Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
