How to Cancel A&E Crime Central Subscription

Cancel a website-billed A&E Crime Central trial or subscription in My Account. Apple and Roku purchases follow their own cancellation process.

Before you cancel

Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel A&E Crime Central

Purchased directly from A&E Crime Central

  1. Sign in at aecrimecentral.com/sign-in.
  2. Open your name menu and select My Account.
  3. For a direct website subscription, choose Cancel Subscription and finish the prompts.
  4. Save the verification email and reopen My Account to check the canceled status.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select A&E Crime Central, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Roku

  1. Sign in to the Roku account associated with the subscription receipt.
  2. Find the service in your subscriptions and turn off renewal or cancel, completing the confirmation.
  3. Save the resulting expiry date. If it is missing, check whether another provider bills the purchase.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with access continuing until then.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Can I still watch after cancellation?

Yes, the service remains available until the paid period ends. Confirm the canceled renewal status and email instead of treating continued access as a failure.

What should I keep after canceling?

Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
