How to Cancel Amazon Kids+ Subscription

Before you cancel
Check the Amazon account and regional store on the receipt. An included device subscription can automatically become a paid renewal.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Amazon Kids+
Purchased directly from Amazon Kids+
- Open Your Memberships & Subscriptions in the purchasing Amazon account.
- Find Amazon Kids+ and select Cancel My Subscription.
- Complete the confirmation prompts and save the effective date.
- Alternatively, open Parent Dashboard on the web, choose More, Amazon Kids+ Subscription, and cancellation.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Read the final confirmation for the access end date and any purchase-specific terms.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Can I cancel in the Parent Dashboard mobile app?
The official guide says cancellation is available through the web dashboard, not its iOS or Android app.
Does a renewal reminder cancel the plan?
No. The reminder switch only sends an email; complete cancellation separately.
