How to Cancel Amie Subscription
Cancel Amie from billing settings and keep your invoices before leaving.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Amie
Purchased directly from Amie
- Sign in to the paid Amie account.
- Open Settings, then Billing.
- Choose Cancel Subscription and finish the confirmation flow.
- Record the effective date and download required invoices from Transaction History.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Check the resulting billing status for the plan’s end date. Do not treat a pending request or a closed billing window as confirmation.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Amie’s billing documentation places them in Transaction History. Save the records you need while you still have account access.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
