How to cancel Beatsource
Purchased directly from Beatsource
- Sign in, open the avatar menu and choose My Subscription.
- Select Change Subscription and Cancel Plan beneath the active plan.
- Choose Continue Canceling, then Confirm, and save the final status.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The plan remains active to the end of its billing period. The provider recommends canceling 24–48 hours before renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Is choosing a cheaper plan the same as cancellation?
No. Downgrade Plan changes the subscription. To end renewal, continue through the cancellation path and its final confirmation.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
