Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel Loopcloud
Purchased directly from Loopcloud
- Follow the account-management link in Loopcloud's official cancellation guide and sign in.
- In Current Plan, choose Cancel Subscription at the bottom right.
- Select a reason, choose Proceed to cancel and retain the confirmation.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Verify the plan's end date and save the samples and project material you need before paid access changes.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Why is Cancel Subscription missing?
Loopcloud says the button disappears once a subscription has already been canceled. Confirm you are in the right account and check the recorded end date.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
