How to cancel Brain.fm
Purchased directly from Brain.fm
- For a direct purchase, open the account overview and Membership.
- Choose Cancel your membership and complete the request.
- Keep confirmation and the effective date; allow time for processing before renewal.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The terms request at least 24 hours of notice and say processing can take two business days. Third-party purchases must be canceled with that seller.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Does uninstalling the app stop the next payment?
No billing result is established by uninstalling. Check Membership or the purchase provider and retain its cancellation confirmation.
How do I confirm cancellation?
