Before you cancel
Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel Noisli
Purchased directly from Noisli
- Open the profile icon → Settings → Billing.
- In the Edit section, choose Plan.
- Select FREE and confirm Yes, downgrade.
- Save the scheduled change date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Current features continue through the paid period, including team members’ access. Remaining account credit is lost on the Free downgrade.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Can I make another plan change immediately?
Noisli says further changes are unavailable until the scheduled downgrade takes effect. Review the selection before confirming.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
