How to cancel Cal.com
Purchased directly from Cal.com
- Confirm the purchasing account and the paid team or organization.
- Use its online account-management page to cancel renewal.
- If the control is unavailable, contact Cal.com support with the invoice.
- Retain confirmation of the effective date and remaining charges.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Use the confirmed billing result to plan scheduling changes. The public terms describe automatic renewal until it is canceled.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Does removing a booking link cancel the subscription?
A booking link is not a billing confirmation. Check the paid account and complete the subscription-management or support process.
How do I confirm cancellation?
