Before you cancel
Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel Rallly
Purchased directly from Rallly
- Open the billing settings of the paid Rallly space.
- Choose subscription cancellation and complete the confirmation.
- Save the period end date and any poll records you need.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid features remain through the billing period, then the space moves to Free. The published Free plan retains polls for 30 days after their final date.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Is removing one seat the same as canceling the team?
No. Rallly describes centralized team billing under one subscription. Confirm whether you are changing seats or ending that subscription.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
