Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Capacities
Purchased directly from Capacities
- Sign in to Capacities and open Settings.
- Open Subscription & Billing.
- Choose the cancellation option and finish confirmation.
- Save the current period’s expiry date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid benefits remain available until the subscription term ends.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Can I buy another plan before the old period expires?
Capacities warns that a new subscription can overwrite the existing plan. If you want to return after canceling, wait for the current period to expire or ask billing support first.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
