Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Clozemaster Pro
Purchased directly from Clozemaster Pro
- Sign in to the account used to purchase Pro.
- Open Account.
- Find Automatic Renewal and choose Disable.
- Finish confirmation and record the end of the current billing cycle.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The subscription expires at billing-cycle end and does not renew. Account deletion is a separate action with immediate consequences.
Cancellation and refunds
For an eligible yearly purchase within 30 days, contact Clozemaster through the official page to request review. Disabling renewal alone is not a refund request.
Common questions
Does cancellation automatically request a refund?
No. The published Pro terms describe a 30-day money-back guarantee for yearly plans and direct refund requests to support; monthly plans are excluded from that stated guarantee.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
