How to cancel Curiosity Stream
Purchased directly from Curiosity Stream
- For direct billing, sign in to your Curiosity Stream account and open subscription management.
- Choose the cancellation option for the intended plan and finish the prompts.
- Save the effective date. If you cannot complete cancellation, contact help@curiositystream.com from the account email and request written confirmation.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Direct cancellation takes effect at the current period end, with access retained until then. Third-party purchases follow the billing platform’s terms.
Cancellation and refunds
Direct subscription cancellation normally does not refund the remaining period. Ask the original billing provider to review a mistaken charge.
Common questions
Does cancellation automatically refund unused time?
The standard terms say no, unless otherwise stated when cancellation is processed.
Does one plan necessarily include Curiosity University?
No. The terms distinguish the services; inspect each receipt before assuming all charges are covered.
