How to Cancel Deezer Subscription

Cancel a Deezer subscription with Deezer, Apple, or the partner that bills your plan. The right route depends on the receipt, not the device you use to listen.

Before you cancel

Check whether the plan belongs to you or a family-plan payer. Keep a note of the renewal date and original account email.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Deezer

Paid directly to Deezer

  1. Sign in and open your profile, then Account Settings.
  2. Choose Manage my subscription and Cancel my subscription.
  3. Select a reason, confirm and keep the cancellation email.

Billed by a mobile or bundle partner

  1. Identify the partner on the invoice, such as a mobile operator.
  2. Use that partner’s subscription controls or contact its support to end renewal.
  3. Keep the partner’s confirmation.

Deezer says it cannot cancel subscriptions managed by a partner.

Billed by Apple

  1. Open the Apple subscriptions list for the Apple Account on your receipt and select Deezer.
  2. Choose the cancellation option, complete confirmation, and record the expiry date.

Use this route only when Apple billed the purchase. A website payment made on an iPhone is not necessarily an App Store subscription.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Premium features last until the current period ends.
  • Playlists and favorites remain visible, but downloaded tracks stop working offline afterward.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops renewal; it does not by itself return a previous payment. Ask the company that billed you to review the charge and provide its current refund terms.

Look for another Deezer account or a partner-billed plan using the receipt email.

What confirms a direct cancellation?

Deezer sends a cancellation email; you can also revisit subscription settings to check the status.
