Before you cancel

Make sure you are changing the subscription used for assets rather than closing the entire Envato account. Account closure also affects other Envato services.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Envato Elements

Envato account

  1. Sign in, open your name menu and choose My account.
  2. In Manage subscription, choose Cancel subscription.
  3. Review the cancellation information, then complete the final confirmation.
  4. Keep the resulting status and subscription end date.
Open provider page

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Access remains through the current billing period.
  • A promotional subscription price may not be available if you subscribe again.

Cancellation and refunds

Envato generally does not refund a change of mind. Review its current refund terms and ask support about the particular payment.

Common questions

Is closing my Envato account necessary?

No. Cancel the subscription separately; account closure affects access to purchases and other Envato services.

What should I save for projects?

Keep the license and registration evidence for each project, not just copies of the downloaded assets.
