How to cancel Epidemic Sound
Epidemic Sound account
- Sign in and open your account page.
- Go to Subscriptions and choose Manage subscription.
- Select Cancel subscription, provide a reason, and confirm.
- Save the subscription end date and cancellation record.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Catalog access continues until the subscription expires.
- Videos published under an active subscription remain cleared; do not assume downloaded tracks cover new publications after expiry.
Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation guidance says prior subscription fees are not refunded merely because you stop renewal. Contact support about a specific billing issue.
