How to Cancel Suno Subscription

Suno subscriptions can be billed directly or through a mobile app store. Use the billing source on the receipt to choose the correct cancellation route.

Before you cancel

Before changing the plan, note your renewal date and save anything you need from the account. A cancellation request is not evidence that an earlier charge was refunded.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Suno

Paid directly to Suno

  1. Sign in to the account shown on the Suno receipt.
  2. Open the subscription controls on the account page and choose the option to end renewal.
  3. Finish all confirmation screens and check the resulting billing status.

For direct-purchase billing trouble, Suno lists billing@suno.com as a contact.

Billed by Apple

  1. Open the Apple subscriptions list for the Apple Account on your receipt and select Suno.
  2. Choose the cancellation option, complete confirmation, and record the expiry date.

Use this route only when Apple billed the purchase. A website payment made on an iPhone is not necessarily an App Store subscription.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play subscriptions using the Google account on your receipt and select Suno.
  2. Complete cancellation and check the resulting subscription status.

If the plan is missing, compare the receipt with your other Google accounts before trying a different billing route.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Check the end date shown in your own cancellation confirmation.
  • Treat song usage rights and subscription billing as separate questions; keep the terms associated with your creations.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops renewal; it does not by itself return a previous payment. Ask the company that billed you to review the charge and provide its current refund terms.

Can Suno cancel an App Store purchase?

Suno directs Apple- and Google-billed customers to their respective stores.

I cannot identify the billing account. What now?

Search for the last receipt and compare its email address and payment provider with the account you are using.
