How to Cancel ElevenLabs Subscription

End ElevenLabs renewal on the website for a direct plan, or with Apple or Google for an in-app purchase. The billing channel matters even when you use the same email.

Before you cancel

Check your remaining credits and renewal date before canceling. Do not rely on uninstalling an app or removing your payment details to stop renewal.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel ElevenLabs

  1. Sign in, open your profile menu, and select Subscription.
  2. Choose Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription.
  3. Complete the flow and look for confirmation that cancellation is scheduled.

Billed by Apple

  1. Open the Apple subscriptions list for the Apple Account on your receipt and select ElevenLabs.
  2. Choose the cancellation option, complete confirmation, and record the expiry date.

Use this route only when Apple billed the purchase. A website payment made on an iPhone is not necessarily an App Store subscription.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play subscriptions using the Google account on your receipt and select ElevenLabs.
  2. Complete cancellation and check the resulting subscription status.

If the plan is missing, compare the receipt with your other Google accounts before trying a different billing route.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • The direct subscription moves to the free tier when the billing cycle finishes.
  • The cancellation guide says unused credits are lost at that point.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops renewal; it does not by itself return a previous payment. Ask the company that billed you to review the charge and provide its current refund terms.

ElevenLabs recommends trying another browser before contacting support.

Will deleting my account cancel a mobile subscription?

No. App-store billing must still be canceled with Apple or Google.
