How to Cancel Fantastical / Flexibits Premium Subscription

Before you cancel
Check whether Flexibits or Apple issued the receipt. For a trial, Flexibits asks you to cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Fantastical / Flexibits Premium
Purchased directly from Fantastical / Flexibits Premium
- Sign in to your Flexibits account at hub.flexibits.com.
- Open Billing and choose Cancel Subscription.
- Complete confirmation and save the next billing or expiry date.
Billed by Apple
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select Fantastical / Flexibits Premium, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
- Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.
A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.
Open provider pageMake sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The cancellation policy allows access until the next billing date.
- Deleting the Flexibits account is different: it immediately ends its subscription and removes account data.
