How to Cancel Frontend Masters / Master.dev Subscription

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Frontend Masters / Master.dev
Purchased directly from Frontend Masters / Master.dev
- Sign in to the account associated with your Frontend Masters or Master.dev payment.
- Open My Account and the Subscription tab.
- Use the cancellation control for the active plan.
- Complete the action and record the subscription expiration date.
Billed by Apple
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select Frontend Masters / Master.dev, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
- Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.
A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.
Open provider pageMake sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Course access continues until expiry, then automatic renewal stops. Account deletion is a separate, permanent action.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

What if Apple charged for my subscription?
The current pricing FAQ lists Apple in-app billing alongside direct payment methods. Match the receipt and cancel an Apple purchase through Apple subscriptions.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
