How to Cancel FutureLearn Unlimited Subscription
Cancel FutureLearn Unlimited before the next scheduled payment. Annual and monthly subscriptions are managed in the Account area.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel FutureLearn Unlimited
Purchased directly from FutureLearn Unlimited
- Sign in and open Account.
- Select Subscriptions and locate Unlimited.
- Use Cancel subscription for the active plan.
- Finish cancellation and check that the next payment is no longer scheduled.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Unlimited benefits continue to period end. Certificates already earned remain, and the Unlimited FAQ describes continued access to courses where you earned a Certificate of Achievement.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Does this cancel an ExpertTrack subscription too?
Unlimited and ExpertTracks are separate products. Inspect the other subscriptions listed in Account and manage each one you want to stop.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
