How to Cancel Mimo Subscription

Cancel Mimo through the website, Apple or Google Play according to where you purchased the plan.

Before you cancel

Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Mimo

Purchased directly from Mimo

  1. Check the receipt and the email address shown in your Mimo app.
  2. For a website purchase, follow the website link in Mimo’s official cancellation article and sign in.
  3. Use the subscription cancellation controls and complete the prompts.
  4. Save the resulting status; for store billing, complete the Apple or Google cancellation instead.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Mimo, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Mimo, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Check the effective end date with the billing provider. Deleting a Mimo account removes learning data but does not cancel Apple or Google subscriptions.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Why can I not find Mimo in my store subscriptions?

Mimo says this can mean a website purchase or a different Mimo account. Compare the receipt and app email before concluding that there is no active plan.

What should I keep after canceling?

Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
