How to Cancel Harvest Subscription
For Harvest billing version 2, the Account Owner can schedule cancellation in a web browser. Export time and invoice records first.

Before you cancel
Check that your account uses billing version 2, export records and use the Account Owner login. If your billing version differs, follow its linked help instructions or contact Harvest support.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Harvest
Purchased directly from Harvest
- Check the billing version in Account Settings and sign in as Account Owner.
- Open Settings, Billing and Close account.
- Choose Cancel my subscription, review the information and continue.
- Complete the questions and select Cancel my account to schedule closure at term end.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The paid account remains active until the subscription ends. This differs from choosing immediate account closure.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Does canceling Harvest also cancel Forecast?
No. The help article says a connected Forecast account remains active. Manage its subscription separately if that service should also end.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
