How to Cancel iHeartRadio Subscription

Cancel iHeartRadio Plus or All Access using the billing provider on the receipt, including Roku or Amazon where applicable.

Before you cancel

Identify the paid plan and the account used to subscribe. Downgrading All Access to Plus still leaves a paid plan.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel iHeartRadio

Purchased directly from iHeartRadio

  1. For direct billing, sign in at iHeart.com and open account settings.
  2. Under Subscription, choose Change Plan, then Cancel Subscription.
  3. Select Cancel Plan to confirm and save the displayed expiry message.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select iHeartRadio, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select iHeartRadio, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • The plan ends at the close of its current billing cycle or trial.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

How do I cancel a Roku purchase?

Open your Roku account’s subscription management, select iHeartRadio, choose cancellation, and confirm the end date.

What if Amazon collected payment?

Manage the iHeartRadio subscription in the Amazon account used to subscribe; cancelling a direct web plan will not change Amazon billing.
