How to Cancel Qobuz Subscription

Cancel Qobuz streaming through My Streaming Plan, or through the third party that sold the subscription.

Before you cancel

Match the account and receipt. This guide concerns streaming renewal, not a request to return a separately purchased download.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Qobuz

Purchased directly from Qobuz

  1. Sign in on qobuz.com and open your account.
  2. Choose My Streaming Plan.
  3. Select Unsubscribe for the active subscription and finish all prompts.
  4. Save the resulting expiry date and confirmation.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Qobuz, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • The account and library remain available, but streaming stops when the current period ends.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Can I cancel an Apple purchase on Qobuz’s website?

No. Qobuz directs third-party subscribers to the service that billed them.

Will my account be deleted?

The guide says the account and library remain after streaming access ends.
