How to Cancel Insight Timer Subscription

Locate your MemberPlus receipt and check the renewal date.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Insight Timer

Purchased directly from Insight Timer

  1. For website purchases, sign in and open your profile.
  2. Select My Subscriptions and find MemberPlus.
  3. Choose Cancel Subscription, complete the reason and confirmation prompts.
  4. Save the confirmation email and end date.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Insight Timer, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Insight Timer, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Premium access lasts to period end. The free account and saved favourites or history remain, while paid capabilities become unavailable.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Does cancelling erase my favourites?

The provider says saved content and account history remain.

Can I cancel an App Store purchase on the website?

No. Use the Apple or Google account that originally paid for it.
