How to Cancel Sleep Cycle Subscription

Cancel Sleep Cycle through the website, Apple, Google Play, or Huawei according to your purchase receipt.

Before you cancel

Check the billing provider first. Deleting the app does not stop its renewal.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Sleep Cycle

Purchased directly from Sleep Cycle

  1. Sign in to the Sleep Cycle web account using the purchase email.
  2. Open subscription management and select cancellation for the active plan.
  3. Complete confirmation and record its effective date.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Sleep Cycle, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Sleep Cycle, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Check the provider’s subscription record for the final status and remaining access date.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

What if I paid through Huawei?

Open Huawei Account center, Payment and purchases, then Subscriptions/password-free payments. Select Sleep Cycle and cancel.

What does support need for a web refund?

Cancel first, then supply the FastSpring receipt and purchase email; a bank screenshot alone is insufficient.
