How to Cancel Fabulous Subscription

Cancel Fabulous from the original billing channel, checking every app in a bundle individually.

Before you cancel

Allow at least 24 hours before renewal. The App Bundle Plan requires cancellation of each app’s plan.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Fabulous

Purchased directly from Fabulous

  1. Sign in at app.thefabulous.co and select the relevant app.
  2. Open Membership Plans and choose Cancel Plan.
  3. Continue until the cancellation confirmation page.
  4. Close it and return to Membership Plans to verify the expiry date.
  5. Repeat for other unwanted app plans in your bundle.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Fabulous, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Fabulous, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Premium access remains through the current period. A successful cancellation shows an Expiry Date instead of a Renewal Date.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Why is there no web plan to cancel?

The purchase may be billed through Apple or Google Play; check its receipt.

Does cancelling Fabulous cancel the whole app bundle?

The provider says each bundled app must be cancelled individually.
