Before you cancel
Select the paid team in the workspace switcher and check its next renewal date.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Kittl
Purchased directly from Kittl
- Open your profile photo and Settings.
- Under the team name, choose Plan & Billing and Manage subscription.
- Select Cancel subscription and complete the prompts.
- Verify the cancellation date in billing. If needed, Billing Information opens an alternative cancellation dashboard.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The paid plan lasts through the billing period and then becomes Free.
Cancellation and refunds
Kittl describes plans as non-refundable under its cancellation policy, but support can review a specific disputed charge.

Why does my paid account show Free?
Check both the signed-in email and selected team; another workspace may own the subscription.
Can I reverse cancellation before expiry?
