How to Cancel VistaCreate Subscription

Cancel VistaCreate Pro through account billing, or through the original app store for a mobile purchase.

Export designs you need and review which Pro tools and assets you rely on.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel VistaCreate

Purchased directly from VistaCreate

  1. Sign in to VistaCreate and open your profile menu.
  2. Choose Account Settings, then Billing.
  3. Select the cancellation option for the Pro plan.
  4. Complete the cancellation screens and save the final status and expiry date.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select VistaCreate, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select VistaCreate, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Pro remains active through the current billing period. The account then becomes Starter and loses Pro tools and premium-resource access.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Can I cancel a mobile-store purchase on the website?

Use Apple or Google Play when that store collected the payment.

Will the current paid period end immediately?

The provider says access continues through the current period after cancellation.
