How to cancel Font Awesome
Purchased directly from Font Awesome
- Sign in to the Font Awesome account that owns the plan.
- Open Billing and select Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm, then save the subscription end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid access lasts through the current term. Hosted services and new updates stop afterward. A perpetual licence can retain use of eligible versions under its terms.
Cancellation and refunds
Font Awesome has a limited refund policy, including conditions around whether Pro assets were downloaded. Ask official support to review the purchase before assuming it qualifies.

That depends on your licence. The provider distinguishes perpetual rights from continued access to hosted services and future releases.
